An exhibit of new paintings by Alison Rector will be featured in the side gallery at Greenhut Galleries in July.  Shared Quiet paintings celebrate Maine public library buildings.  You are invited to the opening reception on Thursday July 7, 5 - 7pm at the gallery.  I'd love to see you there!

Rector says "The exhibit will be the final chapter of my Shared Quiet series,  new paintings exploring the beauty and aesthetic of public library buildings."  Earlier exhibits of Rector's Shared Quiet were shown at Courthouse Gallery Fine Art in Ellsworth Maine and at the Kramer Gallery at the Belfast Free Library in Belfast Maine.
